By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. 1. What Jarvis is Jarvis is a desktop app that lets you talk to an AI assistant, delegate research and tasks to an AI worker, work with your email and calendar, run routines, and act on what you have selected on screen. The App runs on your Mac and connects to third-party services using accounts and keys you provide. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country), and old enough to agree to the terms of the third-party services you connect. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it. 3. License We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Macs you own or control, subject to these Terms. You may not: - sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the App; - remove copyright, license, or attribution notices; - use the App in violation of any law or third-party rights; or - use the App to build a competing product by copying it, except as allowed by applicable open-source licenses. 4. Your accounts, keys, and costs The App requires you to supply your own Google Gemini API key and to sign in to the OpenAI Codex CLI with your own ChatGPT account . Connecting Google Gmail and Calendar is optional. You are responsible for those accounts, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all fees, usage limits, and charges they incur. Voice sessions, research tasks, routines, and image generation can consume significant usage. Your use of each service is also governed by that provider's terms, including the Gemini API Additional Terms , OpenAI Terms of Use , and Google Terms of Service . If those terms conflict with yours, you must follow theirs. 5. Actions taken on your behalf Jarvis can read and draft email, send email, create calendar events and invites, browse websites, write and change files, and run code tasks in folders you choose. - Risky actions (such as sending email, creating invites, or changing files) ask for your approval by default. When you approve an action, or change settings so that actions run without asking, you are responsible for that action and its results. - Routines you schedule run automatically according to your settings. - Review drafts, file changes, and code before relying on them. Keep backups of important files and projects. - You can stop Jarvis at any time (⌥. or the stop control) and change approval rules in Settings. 6. AI output Jarvis's answers, reports, summaries, images, documents, and code are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or offensive . Sources cited may be wrong or misrepresented. AI output is not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). You are responsible for checking output before relying on, publishing, or acting on it. As between you and us, you own the content you provide and, to the extent permitted by law and the third-party providers' terms, the output generated for you. Similar output may be generated for other users. 7. Acceptable use You agree not to use the App to: - break any law or violate anyone's privacy, intellectual property, or other rights; - record or process other people's voices, emails, or personal data without any consent the law requires; - send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages; - access websites, accounts, or systems without authorization, or get around security measures or website terms; - create malware, or content that is fraudulent, harassing, or sexually exploits minors; or - violate the usage policies of Google, OpenAI, or other connected services. 8.
