These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website gsofttechnologies.com and any applications we publish that link to these Terms (together, the “Services”), operated by Gsoft Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”), a software development company based in Kathmandu, Nepal. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Our website provides information about our software development services, our work and our products, along with articles, a contact form and a chat assistant. Any software development, design or consulting work we do for you will be governed by a separate written agreement or proposal. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement takes precedence.

If one of our applications lets you create an account, including by signing in with Google, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. The Services, including text, articles, graphics, logos, designs and code, are owned by Gsoft Technologies or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to our content for personal or internal business use. Project screenshots and names belong to their respective owners and are shown with permission or for portfolio purposes. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in the relevant client agreement.
Our website chat assistant uses artificial intelligence to answer questions. Its answers are provided for general information, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not a quote, contract or professional advice. For anything important, confirm with our team by email.
Our blog articles and other content are provided for general information about software and technology. We try to keep them accurate and up to date, but technology changes quickly, and we do not guarantee that any content is complete, current or suitable for your situation. Test code before using it in production.
The Services may link to third-party websites and services, including client websites and our separate products. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. You agree to indemnify and hold Gsoft Technologies harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms; the new version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
